As the team returns on site after the Christmas break, Prince & Parade is set to move through an exciting series of milestones that will shape the look and feel of the building in a major way. The next few months will see the project transition from structural works to the refined detailing that future residents will soon experience firsthand.

From key services being brought online to the unveiling of the façade, the start of 2026 marks a significant shift in momentum across the development. Here’s a look at what’s planned between now and the end of February.

What’s Coming Up: January – February 2026

• Elevators will become operational, providing internal access as the team progresses through the next stages of apartment fit-outs.
• The construction hoist will be removed, signalling the move towards permanent internal circulation throughout the building.
• Scaffolding will be dismantled, gradually revealing the completed façade for the first time.
• Our prototype apartment is on the way and will be unveiled for private appointments shortly, showcasing the level of detail, finish and design you can expect throughout Prince & Parade
• Apartment power connections will be switched on, bringing permanent electricity online across the building.
External civil and landscaping works will commence in the new year, shaping the arrival experience and public realm surrounding the project.
